Preamble:

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms” or “T&Cs”) govern the legal relationship between the user of the website (hereinafter the “User”) and the publisher of the website.

The site CYOfinance.com (hereinafter the “Site”) offers the following service: Online financial coaching and educational resources (hereinafter the “Service”).

7 | Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Competent Jurisdiction:

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claims.

Consumer Mediation (REQUIRED for B2C under French Consumer Code):

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Publisher is obliged to inform consumers of the possibility of using a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) to resolve disputes amicably.
